Touch Stay is capable of being used by screen readers. Just take note that the reading experience will very much depend on how friendly you make your content for the visually impaired. For example categories need to be clearly named and you will need to add alt-text to all your images to describe what they show.
Images used on the web can hold a text description (alt-text) for use by screen readers for the visually impaired. In Touch Stay, images use the Photo name field for the alt-text.

In the new Hub
The Photo name field is in the Edit Photo window of your image library, and the new Hub doesn't have a menu entry for the image library yet. To add or change alt-text, switch to the legacy Hub (Switch to legacy hub at the bottom of the left sidebar) and follow the steps below. The new name shows wherever the image is used, in both Hubs.
In the legacy Hub
Find the image you want to edit in either the Content Hub Media or Guide Media tabs (see Photo organisation explained for the difference). Use the edit pencil in the bottom right of the image thumbnail to open the Edit Photo screen. Update the Photo name at the bottom and click Save.
