To help gauge how useful your visitors are finding your Touch Stay digital guide, a friendly "I Love This Guide" popup prompts people to answer a simple question: "Are you loving this guide?".

How the popup works
Visitors can respond with either a thumbs up or thumbs down. The popup is timed to only show after visitors have been using the guide for a little while.
Once a response has been submitted, it won't show again for that person.
How to see your responses
In the legacy Hub, go to Guides > Downloads and select Love Responses from the list. This generates a file with all the responses submitted for all of your guides.
ℹ️ This export isn't part of General settings → Downloads in the new Hub.
In the new Hub, go to Data Dashboard → Summary, find the Love the guide card and click Download, then choose Download CSV or Download XLSX. The file covers the guide or tag and the time period selected on the dashboard. The Data Dashboard is only available on some plans.
How to turn the popup on or off
In the legacy Hub, go to Settings > Preferences.
Find I Love This Guide Pop-up and select Enabled or Disabled.
Once enabled, the popup is active on all of your guides. This setting isn't shown on master accounts.
