Each moment's timeframe controls when it starts for your guest, so the right information appears at the right time.
What it does
A moment only defines when it starts — it ends automatically when the next moment begins, so moments can never overlap.
How to set it up
Open a moment and select the Timeframe & Access tab.
Under Moment timeframe starts, set the four dropdowns: an amount (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 36, 48 or 72), a unit (hours or days), a direction (before or after) and an anchor (Invitation, check-in or check-out). Not every dropdown is editable on every moment: only Pre-arrival lets you change all four. Check-in is fixed to before check-in, so you set only the amount and unit. During stay and Check-out are fixed to their anchor (check-in and check-out), so you set the amount, unit and direction. Post-stay always starts right after check-out and can't be changed at all.
Use Reset next to the dropdowns to put a moment back to its default start time.
Select Save Changes.
Good to know
Out of the box, Pre-arrival starts 0 hours after Invitation, Check-in 24 hours before check-in, During stay 0 hours after check-in, Check-out 24 hours before check-out, and Post-stay right after check-out — you can change any of these except Post-stay.
If check-in or check-out times aren't set on the invitation, Touch Stay uses 15:00 for check-in and 10:00 for check-out.
Moment start times are worked out in your property's timezone, and Touch Stay keeps the moments in order — a moment never starts before the one ahead of it.
The hint under the dropdowns says what the start time is measured against: your guest's check-in and check-out, the invitation date, or a guest registration form.
Why this is better: Hosts decide exactly when each moment appears instead of guests seeing everything at once.
