Alongside the start time, the Timeframe & Access tab has toggles that let you control exactly when a moment becomes visible to your guest — useful for keeping details like access codes hidden until they're needed.
What it does
Under Allow access to this timeline moment, each moment has up to four toggles:
Before the guest arrival — on by default. Turn off to hide the moment before your guest arrives.
Before the moment — on by default. Turn off to hide the moment before its own start time.
After the moment — on by default. Turn off to hide the moment once the next one starts, for example to hide check-in codes after check-out.
After the guest departure — off by default. Turn on to keep the moment visible after your guest leaves.
What your guests see
A moment your guest can't open yet still shows in the moments strip with its title, but with no content inside — its widgets simply aren't sent to their device.
Good to know
These toggles work alongside your invitation's Access Level settings — they can only restrict access further, never open up content the invitation has already closed off.
If a guest's stay has no dates (for example a quick-share link), none of these toggles apply and every moment is open.
Post-stay shows only Before the guest arrival and Before the moment — the other two have nothing to sit after on the last moment.
If you switch Before the guest arrival off, Before the moment is locked, because arrival is already the wider of the two rules.
Why this is better: Hosts can time-sensitive information like door codes so it only appears exactly when a guest needs it.
