Choose whether you want to hear about it when a guest completes their check-in.
What it does
When a guest completes Guest Registration, Touch Stay emails the account owner. You can switch that email on or off under General settings → Notifications. It's one setting for the whole account. The Notifications section only appears if your plan includes Guest Registration and your account uses the New guidebook.
How to set it up
Go to General settings → Notifications.
Under Guest Registration, find Guest registered by Email.
Switch it on or off. Your change saves automatically.
Good to know
By default, the email is on.
The email goes to the account owner's email address.
This is one setting for the whole account, not a personal one. Team members with the Viewer role can see it but can't change it.
The subject line names the guest and the guidebook, for example “Anna completed check-in for Beach House”. The email shows the guest's name, the guidebook, the stay dates, how many guests are on the stay and when they registered, with a link to the guest's contact record. Their email address, phone number and ID details aren't in the email; they're on the contact record.
These settings currently apply to the Guest Registration feature only.
If a companion completes their own check-in as part of someone else's, that sends its own email too.
