In the new Hub, Custom Elements live in the Account library → Custom Elements section. Build a Custom Element once and reuse it across all your guidebooks from one central place.
How Custom Elements work
Each Custom Element has a short code. You add this short code into your guide content (inside a topic), and the embedded service appears in the guest view of the guidebook.
The basic steps:
Open Account library → Custom Elements from the left sidebar.
Create a new Custom Element — choose the service type, give it a name and add the required embed details.
Copy the short code.
Paste the short code into any topic in your guidebook content.
Save — the embedded service appears in the guest view.
Because Custom Elements live in the Account library, you create them once and can insert the same short code into topics across multiple guidebooks. Update the Custom Element in one place and it updates everywhere it's used.

Inserting a Custom Element into your guidebook
Open the guidebook and go to the Guidebook Content tab.
Open the topic where you want to add the Custom Element (click the topic name or (⋯) → Edit).
In the content editor, paste the Custom Element's short code.
Click Save.
Check the live preview on the right to confirm the embedded service appears correctly.
You can add the same short code to topics in different guidebooks — they'll all display the same embedded service, managed from one place.
Managing your Custom Elements
All your Custom Elements are managed centrally in Account library → Custom Elements.
From here you can:
Create a new Custom Element
Edit an existing Custom Element — changes apply everywhere the short code is used
Delete a Custom Element — the short code will no longer render in any guidebook where it was inserted
