How to create a new TagIn Content Hub there is a dropdown next to the Tags column header, click this and select â+ New Tagâ. You then need to give your Tag a name and choose a colour. We recommend using abbreviations for your Tag names to prevent the Tag selection screens becoming over crowded. You can then link this new Tag to any of your guides using the âSelect guidesâ option and there is also a checkbox to add this Tag to every topic in Content Hub, should you wish to do so.

How to update Tags on Topics in bulkIf you want to make major changes to your Tag structure and update the active Tags on your topics in bulk then there is an option in the Tags drop-down at the top of Content Hub. Click the dropdown, find the Tag you want to edit and go to the menu second level, then click âManage Topicsâ. Here you will find a list of all your Subcategories in the left column.

How to delete or remove a guideTo delete a guidebook from your account permanently go the Guides list page and then in the 3 dots menufor each guide you will find an option to âDeleteâ. If you have many guides in your account then you may find it quicker to search for the guide you want to delete by using the search option in the navigation bar at the top right. Once on the target Guide page there is a further âDeleteâ option in the 3 dots menu for that guide.
