You'll find the Account library in the left sidebar.
This is especially useful if you manage more than one property. Instead of editing the same content guidebook by guidebook, you manage it in one place and it stays in sync across all the guidebooks it's shared with.
Table of contents:
What's inside the Account library?
The Account library has five sections:
1. Content Hub
The Content Hub (its page is headed Content library) holds all your topics, organised into categories and subcategories. This is also where you change the order of your content, which every guidebook follows.
Above the tree you'll find two filters:
Search content... — type to filter the tree. It matches category, subcategory and topic titles.
All Tags — pick a tag to see only the topics that carry it.
2. Tags
Tags have their own page. Each tag shows the guidebooks it's assigned to. You can search by tag or guidebook name, create tags, edit a tag's name, colour, guidebooks and topics, and delete tags.
Tags let you group content together and distribute it across multiple guidebooks at once. They are optional — if you only have one or two guidebooks, you may not need them at all.
How tags work:
Create a tag (e.g. "Beach properties" or "Kitchen hardware")
Apply the tag to topics via each topic's Visibility tab
Assign the tag to guidebooks
Every guidebook carrying that tag automatically receives the tagged content
When you update a tagged topic, the change flows to every guidebook associated with that tag.

3. Field Codes
Field Codes are dynamic placeholders you can insert into any topic or message template. They automatically fill in guest-specific values when a guest views your guidebook.
Examples:
Guest name
Arrival date
Departure date
Insert a Field Code into your content, and it renders the correct live value for each guest automatically.

4. Custom Elements
Custom Elements let you embed third-party services in your topics — for example booking forms, 3D tours, calendars, playlists or booking widgets. Set an element up once, then insert it into any topic across your guidebooks.

5. Deleted guidebooks
Lists the guidebooks that were deleted from your account. Find one and click Restore to bring it back (you need a free guidebook slot on your plan).
Guidebook-specific vs. shared content
The Account library introduces a clear distinction between two types of content:
Type | Where it lives | Who sees it | How to edit |
Guidebook-specific | Created and managed inside a single guidebook's Content tab | Only that guidebook | Edit directly in the guidebook |
Shared | Created or promoted in the Account library's Content Hub | Multiple guidebooks (controlled via tags or direct assignment) | Edit in the Content Hub, or from a guidebook with Edit Shared content. Changes update everywhere. |
Key points:
When you add a new topic inside a guidebook, it starts as guidebook-specific by default.
You can promote guidebook-specific content to shared content at any time — one by one or in bulk.
If you open a shared topic from inside a guidebook, you'll see which guidebooks use it and two choices: Edit Shared content (edit it right there; the change shows in every guidebook that uses it) or Duplicate topic (make a separate copy for this guidebook only, leaving the others unaffected).
Promoting guidebook content to shared content
You can convert guidebook-specific topics to shared content in two ways:
One by one:
Open the topic in the Content Hub.
On the topic's Visibility tab, add guidebooks under Shown in guidebooks, or add tags under Tags.
Click Save Changes — the topic is now shared.
In bulk:
In Account library → Content Hub, tick the checkboxes next to the topics you want to share.
Click Bulk actions in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Choose Assign to guidebook(s) to add the topics to more guidebooks, or Tag topics to add a tag that's assigned to the guidebooks you want.

Do I need the Account library if I only have one guidebook?
Not really — for now. If you have a single guidebook, all your content is guidebook-specific and you can manage everything from the Guidebook Content tab.
The Account library becomes valuable when you:
Add a second guidebook and want to share content between them
Want to use Field Codes for dynamic guest-specific values
Want to embed third-party services with Custom Elements
It's there when you need it.
What's different from the legacy Hub?
Legacy Hub | New Hub |
Content Hub was its own item in the left sidebar, with Field Codes and Custom Elements as pages inside it | Content Hub, Tags, Field Codes and Custom Elements are grouped under Account library in the left sidebar |
Shared topics lived in the Content Hub. Editing a topic there updated every guidebook that showed it | The same, and you can also edit a shared topic from inside a guidebook with Edit Shared content |
A topic showed on a guidebook when they shared a tag, even on single-guidebook accounts, unless the topic was set to Always show topic | Tags are optional. You can also share a topic by picking guidebooks directly on its Visibility tab |
To give one guidebook its own version of a shared topic, you added a customisation | Open the topic inside that guidebook and choose Duplicate topic to make a separate copy for it |
